    • Mr. Holzgrefe is Saia's executive vice president and chief financial officer. In this position, he oversees the company's Finance, Information Technology, Pricing, and Maintenance and Properties Departments in addition to working with other members of Saia's leadership team to provide strategic leadership and risk management. With a career that spans over 27 years, Mr. Holzgrefe possesses a wide range of finance knowledge and business experience.

    • Mr. Ramu has worked at Saia, Inc. since 1998. He currently serves as the company's Chief Customer Officer. In his capacity he is responsible for strategic direction, managing the total customer relationship to improve satisfaction, loyalty, revenue growth and profitability.

    Vice President of Human Resources

    • Ms. Richard is Saia’s vice president of human resources (HR). In this role, she directs the company’s employee relations, recruitment, and staffing functions. She also oversees the education of and adherence to company HR policies as well as Saia’s compliance with all state and federal employment laws. Prior to her career at Saia, she worked for a large, international retailer as the director of HR for their Eastern logistics division.

    • Mr. Thompson is Saia’s executive vice president of operations. In this role, he oversees the company’s divisional vice presidents of operations along with the Linehaul, Engineering, and Claims Prevention Departments. He joined Saia in 2015 serving as the company’s Eastern division vice president of operations. He has over 20 years of extensive operational experience in the transportation industry.
